The deposit

Joining a cohort requires a deposit of 500 USDC (5 250 SEK). It is held in a separate wallet for the duration of the program and is never invested, traded, or used for anything else.

Passing the program

You pass by behaviour, not by body: at least four check-ins and three logged workouts a week. The program is judged in three blocks of four weeks; a block is passed when at least three of its four weeks meet the bar. No weight, no measurements, no photos are required.

What you get back

Your deposit comes back in three tranches as you pass each block: 100 USDC (1 050 SEK) after week 4, 100 USDC (1 050 SEK) after week 8 and 200 USDC (2 100 SEK) after week 12, in total400 USDC (4 200 SEK). Each tranche is paid within 14 days of the block ending. Every payout is reviewed and approved manually before it is sent, and listed publicly with its transaction id. If you book a paid one-to-one call, its price is deducted from your next tranche.

The bonus

Up to 200 USDC (2 100 SEK) extra may be awarded to the most consistent story of the cohort. This is entirely at the founder's discretion, judged on consistency and honesty, not on physical results.

If you fail

Stated plainly: a block you do not pass forfeits that block's tranche to the program. It is not refunded, and it is never paid to another member. You can still pass the following blocks. Forfeited tranches fund the weekly dividend and the bonus.

Credits

Paid credits bought inside the app are non-refundable.

No bets, no advice

There are no bets or wagers between members of any kind. Nothing in the program is investment advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Ledger, the AI coach, is not a financial advisor, accountant, or doctor, and will tell you it is an AI if you ask.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings, except while you have an active enrollment with a live deposit — finish or forfeit that first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
